Pathway Church

We will purposefully reach out with "Kindness Matters": or acts of kindness done in the spirit of giving and love. The term we will use to describe this outreach will be Servant Outreach. This will be only one areaof outreach. Other areas will be:

The main reason behind these outreaches will be to help bring people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Knowing that people go through a process to make this all important decision, it is our goal to help them move on in that process by changing their perspective of God and the church. Giving to them in  practical ways without expecting or receiving anything in return can be a major step in that process.

 These outreaches may include:

We believe that any contact with un-churched or de-churched people can be turned into a witnessing opportunity just by being kind. This does not mean that all contacts are meant to be overt witnessing opportunities. God is the one in control and He knows who needs what when. Our job is to look for ways to be kind to people, listen to the Holy Spirit and be available to do what He prompts.

As we "go into the world" in this way, we believe that people will respond to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and some of them will begin to attend Pathway Church.

To be prepared for these new members we will need to build an infrastructure to teach and help them develop so they can find their part in the "work of the ministry", become "fully equipped" for that part, and then become active in it.
